Enter the learning area
- Open the student site.
- Select the correct student name from the list.
- Open your active class to view sessions and assignments.
View work by session
- Open the class you need.
- Choose the session that has an assignment.
- Click the start button to open the practice screen.
Do practice work
- Answer each question as requested.
- Use Back, Check and Next to move between questions and check answers.
- For ordering and matching questions, you can drag and drop directly on the screen.
Submit and view results
- The submit button only appears on the last question.
- After submitting, the system shows your score, correct count and answer details.
- Students can try again. The system keeps the three most recent submissions.
If a listening question has audio, press play directly inside the question.
Manage classes and students
- Create students in the Students section.
- Create classes in the Classes section.
- Open class details to add or remove students.
Manage sessions
- Open class details.
- Create sessions in the teaching order you need.
- Assign work to each session so students practice the correct content.
Question bank
- Create question categories by grade and skill.
- Create reading or listening groups when one passage/audio has many questions.
- Add multiple-choice, input, matching or ordering questions.
Import questions
- Open Question bank and choose Import.
- Download the Excel template and enter data using the exact column headings.
- For images/audio, upload files to CKFinder first, then paste their paths into Excel.
Assign work
- Open a class or the Assignments section.
- Choose the session, class and number of questions to pull from the bank.
- The system generates an assignment from the question bank and saves the selected questions for students.
Manage CKFinder files
- Use CKFinder to create folders and upload images or audio.
- When adding a question, choose files directly from CKFinder.
- Do not enter external file paths if the file has not been uploaded into the system.
When deleting a class, the system also deletes related data such as class enrollments, sessions and assignments.
